Rebrand Software, LLC is the author and copyright holder to the
Program Source Code used in the creation of WEB-SPY 24, as well as the owner of
development licenses with distribution rights for any third party software
components used in the creation of WEB-SPY 24.
On 11/24/2003, Rebrand Software, LLC used their source code to create a compiled
program titled WEB-SPY 24. Rebrand Software, LLC then transferred Full Resell
Rights for the compiled program, titled WEB-SPY 24, to KEV-LAU Enterprises.
KEV-LAU Enterprises is now the legal owner of Full Resell Rights to the Compiled
Program named WEB-SPY 24.
These rights are all inclusive. KEV-LAU Enterprises in not restricted in any way
when they distribute, sell, give away, or transfer rights to copies of their
compiled program, titled WEB-SPY 24. KEV-LAU Enterprises is the owner all of all
graphics, logos, and websites associated with WEB-SPY 24, which may be covered
by U.S. and international trademark laws. Rebrand Software is entitled to use
this information in limited ways as outlined in the RebrandSoftware.com user
agreement.
The Full Resell Rights obtained by KEV-LAU Enterprises do not include rights to
change or modify any portion of WEB-SPY 24, do not signify ownership of the
source code used to create WEB-SPY 24, and do not give the right to reverse
engineer any part of WEB-SPY 24. Any attempt to do so is in violation of U.S.
and international copyright laws.

Software, LLC have been violated, please use the following email addresses to
notify the proper rights holder. Please include any information that you believe
will help to determine if there has been a violation.
